It's with heavy heart that Steve and I have made the tough decision to close Country Coffee, until the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic has passed. We cannot reopen until we can once again operate as a dine-in cafe. As we constantly say, the staff are the core of our business and we are so grateful for their hard work and amazing support. This was an extremely tough decision. We had to the balance the financial strain it will place on them and their families, with the importance of protecting everyone's health. Much love to our loyal customers, who've supported us while we tried to keep going as the regulations became tougher and tougher, and for the kind well wishes you've sent. And a massive thank you to Manager Jane, who has led our team bravely through these uncertain times. As a regional community we will rally and get through this together. We will be back and look forward to sharing our daily lives with you once again.

The majority of the smallholders that contribute to lots like Lamari AX are mixed crop farmers that grow organically with a focus on bio processes. The fact that these farms are still so remote means that fertilisers and chemical farming practices just dont exist thanks to lack of transport and logistics in these areas. This means coffee in its purist form, clean and sparkling(just how we like it).
