Wingspan Performance Advisors has three integrated components designed to help companies drive dramatic growth, improve processes and lower operating costs and finally we have the ability to help you in developing and recruiting talent to drive your business for long-term success. The first component of the business focuses on helping companies reach new levels with the sales and marketing side of their business. We will partner with you to develop and execute on customer-centric growth strategies. We will focus on increasing sales and service penetration with current customers, increase penetration of new customers, and/or assist you in identifying how to expand your markets through the “white space” in your products, services or markets served. The second component of the business is focused on the operational side of the business. We offer Lean Six Sigma training and implementation for any size organization that is either starting on the journey or looking to drive improvements faster. Lean is a process improvement approach and set of methods that seek to eliminate non-valued added activities or waste. Kaizen events are a key to Lean’s effectiveness making rapid, breakthrough improvements while creating an employee-empowered continual improvement culture. The third component of the business focuses on organizational performance, which includes training and development and full-service recruiting capabilities. Our recruiter has over 30 years of experience in placement in manufacturing, operations (including Lean Six Sigma professionals, sales, and marketing. These three components working together will ultimately enable companies to improve their market penetration while reducing the non-value added costs in operating in today’s competitive market.
