Personal Training in the convenience of a client's home, office or neighborhood is our niche. An ideal client is someone with a home gym, someone who doesn't have the time or desire to join a gym but has a little space (a small foyer will do) and a desire to get in great shape. Equipment is provided by MM Fitness at every session. Most workouts last 45 Minutes and focus on strengthening and toning major muscle groups, strengthening the heart and lungs, and improving balance, coordination and flexibiltiy.
