Windy City Organics is a family owned and operated manufacturing company founded in Northbrook, IL - a small town right outside of Chicago. We service over 350 accounts in the USA with a presence in Canada and Europe. Windy City specializes in the highest quality raw, vegan, and organic snacks and functional foods. Additionally, we are strictly gluten, GMO, and soy free. All of these distinguishing factors truly separates us from most food manufacturers and distributors. Our initial ambition was simple; produce and share unique, delicious, and incredibly pure products with the world. Once demand for our products became overwhelming, we knew we had to bring manufacturing and distribution in house. It was important for us, both as a business and as advocates of this lifestyle, to make our products accessible to as many people as easily and quickly as possible. The success of each line has given us the opportunity to innovate and develop more products that meet are strict standards of quality and taste. We began with a line of stone ground spreads made from a base of cacao and hazelnuts. This gourmet spread quickly grew in popularity and so we were excited to introduce several new flavors such as Mint, Crunch, Coffee, and Silk. The tremendous success of these gourmet chocolate butters and a deeper understanding of the stone grinding process inspired us to create Dastony, a line of gourmet nut and seed butters. Dastony’s line currently features Almond, Cashew, Sesame (Tahini), and Coconut. We have also recreated a traditional middle eastern treat known as Halvah, available in Chocolate and Vanilla. Rawmio is a line of stone ground chocolate almond butters as well as delicious chocolate barks. We are actively crafting new superfood enriched butters and tasty barks which will be under Rawmio. Sunbiotics has quickly become our bestselling brand. Sunbiotics is a line of probiotic coated almonds that are soaked, sprouted, and low temperture dried. This process maximizes enzymatic activity, extends shelf life, and increases crispiness. Available flavors are Original, Truffle Salted, Cheesy, and Chocolate. RawGuru features a line of many raw, vegan, and organic bulk ingredients such as nuts, seeds, butters, powders, superfoods, and more.
