Simon Neerinckx obtained a PhD in Bio-Engineering at the University of Antwerp and the KU Leuven (BE) in 2010. He joined Windvision in 2011 as a Project Engineer, and gained experience as a Project Manager on Belgian and Moroccan projects. He assumed the role of Project Management Officer in 2016 and became CEO of the group in September 2018. Following her finance degree (ICHEC Brussels) and post-master in tax law she spent over 15 years in finance (including 10 in renewable energy). Since she joined the Windvision team in 2012, she worked as Financing and M&A Manager, and since 2019 as Benelux Director. In 2020, Laurence took up the position of CFO of the group. Following her masters in HR management she joined Windvision in 2005 as Head of Administration and grew from HR Manager in 2013 to Chief of Staff of the group in 2018. Following a mechanical engineering degree (BULME) and an MSc (Technical University of Zaragoza), Franz worked in engineering management in North Carolina (USA). Initially, he joined Windvision as Windfarm Construction Manager and is now Head of Engineering & Construction. Flora obtained her Masters degree of Engineering in Marine Science and Offshore Engineering in 2008. She worked as a Project Manager and renewable energy Engineer for several years at SGURR Energy and Mott MacDonald before she joined the Windvision team in 2017 as Project Manager Prospection. She is now the French Country Manager as well as a Project Manager. He joined Windvision after obtaning his Master's degree in environmental sciences in 2003 (Technical University of Brabant). Starting in the development team in Belgium, he quickly took the responsibility as Country Manager Belgium and later on also as Country Manager Spain.
