That reduces energy production and the life of major components like gearboxes and blades. Available methods for providing wind preview alerts are very expensive and not widely deployed. Windscape AI will provide a 10x-20x breakthrough in cost and effectiveness with 15-60-second "nowcasts" of of actual wind changes enabling operators to optimize the turbines' pitch, yaw and torque settings for maximum energy capture and longer life. The result is greater revenue, project ROI and turbine life. We do this with ML processing of data from an ultra-low-cost, WIFI mesh network of sensors across and surrounding the wind farm with zero impact on turbines or operations.
