Based on prevailing market conditions, the firm invests its capital in new development projects, stabilized assets, and distressed situations. On its investments, the firm seeks leveraged returns greater than 15% annually over a 3-10 year investment horizon. Windcrofte manages the HK Mandarin Fund - $500 million Hong Kong and New York City based Chinese Investment Fund that is investing in urban commercial and residential real estate. In addition, Windcrofte represents and sources investment opportunities for a $3.0 billion environmental investment fund based in Chicago, Illinois that invests in environmental companies and green projects that are focused on agriculture, water, air and energy.
