Affinity Education Group is a privately held provider of early childhood education, owning and operating over 150 child care centres throughout Australia, with a presence in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and the Northern Territory, and provides care for over 15,000 children. Affinity Education Group’s primary focus is to provide children in our care with the highest standard early education programs, through the provision of localised education programs that align with the relevant curriculum requirements in each state. We invest heavily in building and developing programs that benefit all children in our care. Our educators are leaders in the early childhood education field, and partner with parents of children in our care to create positive outcomes for each child. We are a not-for-profit provider of residential care, home care services and retirement living, supporting individuals and communities in the Perth metro area and regional WA. At the heart of everything we do is one simple principle: we care about people. It was this conviction that prompted members of the Baptist family of churches, concerned with the lack of accommodation and nursing facilities for the aged, to establish Baptistcare over 50 years ago. Since then, Baptistcare has grown to encompass 19 service locations and 12 residential aged care facilities across metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia. Today our quality care is provided by over 1,500 skilled and professional employees and more than 250 volunteers who are all dedicated to transforming and enriching the lives of the people we care for.
