Wilshire at Lakewood Care Center offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and their loved ones. Our staff strives every day to meet resident's needs with a personal touch. We are committed to creating a home in which resident's experience is meaningful, dignified, and satisfying. Our team not only sees quality of care as the medical treatment our residents receive, but also HOW they are treated. Dignity, respect, purposeful living, and self-determination are highly valued at our care center. Residents are encouraged to embrace choice and make their own decisions about their daily life activities and care plans. By involving residents and their loved ones in care decisions, care is more individualized to the residents' personal needs and preferences. Social activities are also held at a high priority at Wilshire at Lakewood. Socialization and promoting healthy relationships brings people together for support, motivation, and accountability. Residents will meet new people while enjoying some of their favorite hobbies. Our goal is to make relationship building as easy as possible in the care center. We provide daily activities such as musical performances, arts and crafts, movies, exercise classes and much more.
