Willpower was established in 1990 and became a limited company in 1994 and now have over 14,000 satisfied clients managed from our offices in Droitwich and Halesowen. Our service in Cyprus has been running since 2010 and is managed from an office in Bexhill on Sea. You can (and should) check out our company at Companies House here. As early entrants into the specialist Willwriting, we have always been at the forefront of innovation in the advice and the services that our advisors provide and the way that they are delivered. All of our advisers are members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters, the only organisation representing our sector which requires all of its members to sit and pass an entrance examination to prove their competence. We were one of the first companies in the country to become compliant with IPW Code of Practice which gives all of our clients the assurance that they will be dealt with professionally, ethically and competently. The Code of Practice was approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) under the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme in April 2010.
