As leaders in the South African Olive Industry, Willow Creek is an international award-winning producer of extra virgin olive oil. Acquired by the RussellStone Group in 2016, our groves were established in 1999 and the first oil pressed in 2002. Since our start in 1999, we have proudly established ourselves as one of the largest olive oil producers in the Southern Hemisphere, with 250 hectares of unique Nuy Valley terroir covered by 201 000 olive trees. The Nuy (pronounced Nay) Valley, lies at the foot of the Rabie Mountain situated between Worcester and Robertson in the Western Cape, South Africa. Blessed with a terroir perfectly suited for the cultivation of olives, our trees thrive in deep lime soil where the extremes of hot summers and cold winters, form unique flavour profiles typical of Willow Creek products. The excellence we produce stems from time spent tending our groves and the diligent management of each stage of the production process, from tree to table. Meticulous attention to our trees ensures consistent quality in Willow Creek Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Olives.
