Willem Baars Projects is a renowned gallery, which operates both in the primary and secondary art market. In our role as a gallery in the primary market, we represent several well-established artists such as Rob Birza (Netherlands), Morgan Betz (Netherlands), Lucassen (Netherlands) and Emo Verkerk (Netherlands). As a secondary market art dealer, we trade in late 19th-century, modern, post-war and contemporary art. We are an established name in the Dutch art world. Willem Baars is a certified appraiser of modern and contemporary art. In the past twenty-five years, he has published books on a variety of subjects and artists. He was a columnist for Het Financieele Dagblad and Vrij Nederland. As a center of expertise, we host lectures and workshops and we actively participate in the public debate.
