Walker's Shortbread Ltd is a food production company based out of Speyside, Scotland.

A story of taste. It is 1886, and Jules Destrooper works quietly and passionately on ways of preparing his by now world-renowned delicacies. He refines them with the best ingredients, thus creating a true wealth of butter-biscuit specialities that gives everyone, right up to the present, the chance to savour these delicious and authentic flavors. While the original Jules Destrooper recipes remain a closely guarded secret to this day, we are happy to say our biscuits are only made from the purest ingredients. What that means is we use no preservatives, colourings and articial favourings. You think that's old fashioned? We take that as a compliment!
