British Gymnastics disciplines include, Acrobatic Gymnastics, Aerobic Gymnastics, Disability Gymnastics, Men’s Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, TeamGym, Trampoline ,Double Mini Tramp, Tumbling, Women’s Artistic Gymnastics. Gymnastics For All (GFA) encompasses a wide range of activities, competitions and Festivals including Freestyle Gymnastics and Cheerleading.

Performance gymnasts demonstrate amazing skill, exceptional strength and great courage however Gymnastics is a sport that offers everyone a fun, social and exhilarating activity from babies at 8 weeks old to veterans of 88 years+.
One of the world’s first sports governing bodies, British Gymnastics was founded in 1888 as the British Amateur Gymnastics Association and is a member of the World Governing Body for Gymnastics (FIG), the European Governing Body (UEG) and the British Olympic Association (BOA).
Founded over 100 years ago, UK Youth is a leading charity working across the UK. We have influence as a sector-supporting infrastructure body, a direct delivery partner and a campaigner for social change.
