To assess your suitability for a particular role, WilkinsonLowe may collect the following types of information: your resume (name, contact details, educational and employment history) reference checks from previous employers (as nominated by you) information you provide during conversations with us any assessment or medical results obtained during the recruitment process; and for successful candidates, feedback about your performance at work. How will we use and disclose your information? We will only use your personal information to assist you in finding employment (the purpose for which you give it to us) and for internal management purposes. During the recruitment process, this may involve identifying you to the referees you have nominated and/or providing your personal information to our client-your potential employer. Importantly, WilkinsonLowe will not give information about you to anyone else unless: you have consented you'd expect us to we have told you we will; or it is required or authorised by law. How will we store your information? At WilkinsonLowe, we have security procedures in place to protect personal information received by email, facsimile, digital media and in hard copy. All reasonable measures are taken to maintain the security of this information. WilkinsonLowe will retain copies of your resume (and any relevant notes) for seven years, so that we can contact you if another suitable opportunity arises. If you do not wish this to occur, please let us know and your personal information will be securely destroyed.
