FreshBox is an innovative approach to solving malnutrition currently focused on providing healthy food to at risk primary school learners in Glenwood, Durban, South Africa. A registered Non-Profit Company, FreshBox offers “FreshBox Subscriptions” (weekly supplies of quality fruit and vegetables) and uses the proceeds to send bulk produce to nutritionally at risk children at local primary schools. FreshBox retails its subscriptions through an e-commerce store (WWW.FRESHBOX.CO.ZA). The site allows customers to purchase a FreshBox subscription instantly. Customers collect their FreshBox weekly from their chosen collection point and are auto-billed monthly by our secure payment system, knowing that for each FreshBox they collect we give another to a child in need.
