Wilder Spirits is a craft spirits brand built on a rewilding site in the hills of Monmouthshire, Wales. Our gin is crafted by multi-award-winning distillers Tracy and Graham McCarthy, distilled on site at the Grange Project using water from the land and, where possible, botanicals foraged from 80 acres of restored habitat. It is bottled in the Frugal Bottle - the world's first paper spirits bottle - made from recycled cardboard, with a fraction of the carbon footprint of glass. Every bottle sold directly funds the ongoing rewilding of the Grange Project: wildflower meadows, wetlands, native woodland, and free-roaming Longhorn cattle and British Saddleback pigs restoring what was once wildlife-impoverished land.
