Go Get Em Tiger is a growing, community focused LA based coffee retail and roasting company with ten cafes and a nascent DTC coffee subscription service. Our mission is to inspire human connection and build belonging. We are as fanatical about supporting the communities we serve as we are about excellent quality and hospitality, and our aim is to build the most human centered hospitality company in the World.

Café Beignet was established in 1990 in the French Quarter. We intertwine the New Orleans and French café traditions through our business. A family-oriented restaurant, we take pride in our beignets, coffee, and food, striving to bring the best to our customers. The official doughnut of Louisiana, our beignets are always served fresh, hot, and cooked to order. They have a crispy outside and a soft, sweet center. Served in an order of three, beignets are topped with powdered sugar and are best paired with a cup of café au lait (coffee with milk). Since 1990, Café Beignet has four locations in the French Quarter with another on the way. Each of our locations offers something unique to its visitors, including live jazz, cocktails, outdoor seating (with pet friendly areas), and classic New Orleans dishes to complement our beignets.

A restaurant group led by Restaurateur Matteo Ferdinandi, Factory Place Hospitality Group was founded March 2013. Executive Chef and Business Partner Angelo Auriana, joined Ferdinandi and his wife, Francine Diamond-Ferdinandi, in August 2013 shortly before the opening of The Factory Kitchen. Chef Auriana, one of the great Italian chefs of our time, leads the culinary program by sharing his wealth of knowledge in classic Italian fare. Chef re-creates classic recipes by using the freshest local seasonal ingredients with his team of dedicated professionals. The three partners collectively strive for perfection in all aspects of the business, challenging one another and combining their collective talents into consistent operational excellence.
