Wildcat Brothers Distilling at Gator Cove - the jewel of the Wildcat Brothers' empire - is located in fertile South Louisiana and therefore does not rely on the importation of foreign molasses or sugar. Sugarcane was introduced to the area over 200 years ago by Jesuit priests, and it remains an integral part of our home's culture and economy. Indeed, our facility is literally surrounded by cane fields. Every drop of spirit that we distill is derived from area-grown and locally-milled crops. The Wildcat Brothers literally know the farmers who are growing the crops we use to make our award-winning rum.
