More than just a gym— we're a community of local climbers connected by the belief that climbing is for everyone. We opened up our first location in Midlothian in 1998, with our very own owners scooping out the foundation upon which countless climbers have now ascended thousands of routes. Over the years, and with the addition of our new Richmond location in 2018, we offer Yoga & Fitness classes, Instructional Climbing classes, Youth Teams & Programs, Club Climbing, Birthday Parties, and even built up a large Adaptive Climbing program. Our lifelong mission is to share our love of climbing, and cultivate a diverse, supportive climbing community.

We won't just talk about teamwork; we'll give you an opportunity to live it, to practice it, and to learn what it means for you. Our programs are fun, but they're more than just games. We create processes that are designed to mirror relevant issues facing your organization and then tie the emerging learning back to the real workplace. Our events are designed for people of all ability and professional levels. Great respect is always given to honoring individual choice in participation.
