WIL Uganda is a female led, grassroots NGO operating in the rural village of Busembatia in Eastern Uganda. Our mission is to empower women and girls with the knowledge and skills to become leaders in their own and wider communities. Our vision is for women and girls to be in positions of leadership acting as role models for future generations whilst promoting equitable development.
