Wighton Architects have built up experience across all sectors including commercial and leisure with particular expertise in the residential sector both on a domestic and commercial asset focused level. This ranges from new bespoke individually designed homes to the sympathetic restoration, renovation, and extension of historic properties which are often listed buildings and in conservation areas or AONB's. As all projects entail a large financial outlay and commitment from the client the design process is fundamental in establishing a design which meets the client's needs, aspirations and more importantly budget. From the simple remodelling or renovation of an existing property to a new bespoke commercial development the process is based on a fully inclusive and collaborative approach by the whole design team resulting in a scheme which ultimately fulfils the clients brief no matter how big or small the project is.
