Wieland Capital focuses on the acquisition and development of small-sized companies in German-speaking Europe (DACH region). We trust our own knowledge, experience and judgment when evaluating investment opportunities in order to reach an independent investment decision. Following the transaction, Wieland Capital acts as a well-informed and active shareholder and aims to work in a close partnership with the management team. While we do not get involved in day-to-day business operations, we participate in strategic and financial decision-taking. Wieland Capital seeks established companies from the DACH region with a proven business model and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of 1,0 to 5,0 million Euro. We are in principle interested in taking majority positions, but we may, in certain situations and when supported by adequate rights, also consider minority participation. In particular, we wish to establish ourselves as a reliable and long-term partner of entrepreneurial families, who are considering the sale of their company in order to gradually realize their wealth or ensure a sound succession. As an investor, Wieland Capital follows an entrepreneurial approach and supports further development of the acquired companies in order to enhance their value through revenue growth and operational improvements. Being a flexible as well as long-term oriented investor, we apply conservative financing principles and have neither predetermined transaction structures nor holding periods.
