From there we build coaches for your operators and agents for your workflows on the same foundation. All of it runs on Grid, our product, deployed inside your own account. Grid is the operating layer for running agents in-house: company context, the tools and skills your agents use, model control for cost and oversight, guardrails so nothing happens against company policy, access control over who can do what, and an audit trail on every agent action. Your cloud, your AI vendors, your data. We run our own operations on Grid too, from AR to prospecting, so we have sharp feedback loops on a small company before we run the same shape at operators with hundreds of stakeholders.
