Wide Bridge, Inc.® (WBI) is a leading advisory and financial services company that caters to the needs of U.S. and Eastern European listed micro- to mid-cap publicly traded companies and privately owned small and medium size enterprises. Wide Bridge, Inc. team has long-term relationships with corporate clients and institutional money managers across various industry sectors globally, which allows WBI to successfully connect our clients to the best partners and investment opportunities. Eastern Europe, including Russia/CIS, and North America are the key areas of WBI expertise. We manage relationships between corporations, money managers, and industry analysts for companies within and these regions. WBI founders, former investment bankers and successful entrepreneurs, established the company to address an important unmet need for an experienced financial services group who can provide guidance to public and private companies outside of the ultra-liquid Blue Chip circle. We seek companies overlooked by larger U.S. and global financial institutions due to their size or strategy. The WBI team are veterans in financial services, M&A, and capital markets, catering to U.S. and Eastern European clients, with decades of experience. Over the years we have led a series of equity, debt (public, private, PIPEs), M&A engagements and created and fostered many successful business ventures. This was done by building a strong network of financial institutions: money managers, bankers and analysts, accounting and legal firms, and other professionals.
