Wicked Home Theater is a custom home theater installation company. We specialize in a true home cinema experience, without you having to do a major home reconstruction. We love movies. Big blockbuster adventure, fantasy, sci-fi, futuristic, animated, or historic based, movies are a part of the human experience. We use movies to escape from our everyday issues in order to be terrified, or laugh, or feel like we are exploring a new world in a galaxy far, far away. We used to enjoy going to the movies, primarily for the immersion and the "audience experience". We don't any more. Why? If you are the average family of 4, the cost of going and seeing a movie can be near $100 for tickets and concessions. That is for 1 movie. What if you want to see it a couple of times? What if there is more than 1 movie this year you want to see (this year there is 8 major "must-see" movies)? Babysitter? The cost just keeps rising. If you want a good seat, you have to show up early, sit in a theater that is either too hot or too cold with sticky floors, people who are on their cells phones, talking loudly, kids crying and running around. Then you have to sit through 30 minutes of advertisements before getting 10 minutes of preview trailers before getting to the movie you came there to see. You just hope the projectionist doesn't have the sound too loud or too soft. Oh, and that big soda you bought going in about an hour ago? Well nature is calling and they are not stopping the movie for you. We have an alternative.
