Wichita Birth Assistance Information

Wichita Birth Assistance was founded in 2010 by Cynthia Barger, as a resource organization for moms, doulas, and midwives. Primarily, we provide doula and midwifery services as well as information for other services that you might be seeking during your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum periods. We are women who are both trained and experienced, as well as dedicated to serving families during this very special time in their lives. Our goal is to be informational and to also facilitate the right birth help that is suitable for you. Wichita Birth Assistance works with respect and integrity in our community, whether in a hospital setting or home setting. We do not replace the father or support person, but encourage their participation in a way that is meaningful to the mother, baby, and them. Our support is non-medical and is focused on the emotional, physical, and spiritual well being of both mother and baby. Wichita Birth Assistance primarily serves Wichita, KS and it's surrounding areas.
