We offer 3 types of engagements: 1) A full managed and fulfilled project with specific deadlines and deliverables by us and our partners 2) Project leadership by WHY using the consulting and vendors of your choice to fulfill the project 3) A retainer fee to continue defining the high level strategy with the client as needed Our clients are public, private and family companies looking to embark in business change in the following areas: Restructuring, cost reductions, efficiency or effectiveness or current organizations, expansion and entering new markets/categories, reorganization and upgrade in operations i.e. creation of SSC, upgrade in ERP and Technology, etc.
