Whitechapel Projects Information

Inspired by the creativity and energy of the Whitechapel District of London, this versatile venue strives to redefine how art permeates our daily life– be it through food, drink, performances, events, and other forms of artistic expression. The Whitechapel Projects was developed in a 120-year old Warehouse complex through an environmentally friendly construction process called adaptive reuse. Adaptive reuse takes a structure that has outlived its usefulness, deconstructs it and rebirths it using its original construction material. The Whitechapel Projects opened its doors on Dec 12, 2018, as a restaurant, event space and creative venue. Marilyn Schlossbach joined Preston Casertano and the Two River Organic Mushroom team in 2020 to bring sustainable craft beer, cocktails, wines, culinary comforts and events to our neighborhood spot. The true essence of our Long Branch community continues to thrive through ongoing events, dining experiences and collaborations with local makers and businesses.
