It is run by Clair Stevens, an Accredited Practising Dietitian, who provides practical and realistic nutrition advice for a wide range of conditions. Clair is dedicated to providing the most up to date nutrition advice in a practical and easy to understand manner in order to achieve long term lifestyle changes. Clair works in a number of locations across the Shoalhaven providing a quality dietetic service with a team of other allied health professionals at Vincentia Bay Medical, the Nowra Allied Health Centre and as well as Healthfit in Milton NSW, located near Ulladulla.
