We opened White Henry in 2014, in a back lane where we could focus our energies on becoming a part of the community, getting to know our customers and giving them a reason to come back. Our customers find out about us through their friends or colleagues, and every day we are driven to treat each customer like a friend, with respect and affection. Why do we do what we do? Not just for convenience or out of some self-indulgent interest in appealing to the coffee community, but to provide genuine, friendly service and well sourced, well made coffee that is consistently brewed with care. We are hidden away but worth finding, and certainly worth coming back to. Weve spent a great deal of time and energy sourcing our Blue Stag house blend and were immensely proud of it. But the best beans in the world are nothing without a barista who knows what to do with them. And lets face it, even the best coffee in the world isnt much fun to drink if it isnt served with a smile.
