Merger of Wing, Whitchurch and Norden House into 3W Health. Update. Our journey toward merging the 3 practices continues, despite the challenges presented by COVID. The next step in this process is to merge the clinical computer systems at Norden House with the other existing computer system used by Whitchurch and Wing surgeries. This will take place between Friday 26th June and Monday 29th June 2020. How will this impact patients? The computer and telephone lines will be offline from 12pm on Friday 26th June until 2pm on Monday 29th June and we will be unable to access your medical records. During this time you will be able to access urgent medical cover via NHS 111. Patient Access accounts (online access) at Norden House will be disconnected and it will not be possible to request prescriptions, book appointments or view medical records using your existing account details. Whitchurch Surgery prescriptions can me requested using the following email address: whitchurchdispensary@nhs.net You may be aware of the technical difficulties experienced with our existing provider Patient Access recently. We have therefore taken the decision to change provider. We will now be recommending Evergreen Life which offers the same functionality and better support. As soon as the computer systems are merged we will be contacting existing online users by email to provide you with new registration numbers to enable you to re-set your online access for 3W Health. This may take a few days for us to complete the mail out so please bear with us.
