Founded by Jude Gardner, who spent 25+ years in financial services research including as Head of Research & Insight at The People's Pension, WhenI'm is built on a simple belief: people learn best together, with real help from real people who’ve been there too. WhenI’m classes guide you through the midlife muddle, helping you make sense of your pensions, dedicate time to your retirement planning and make lasting connections with people like you. Our courses give you practical help and access to financial experts in a friendly, supportive environment. No jargon. No judgment. Just real help and connections with real people. We're not financial advisers and we won't sell you products. We help you to understand your own financial situation and options for yourself. We have comprehensive industry knowledge and extensive experience in financial services, at companies including People's Pension and Ipsos MORI. We understand how daunting it can feel to organise your pensions and retirement, so we specialise in helping those who feel overwhelmed, or are lacking the time or financial confidence to get started. We make it straightforward, sociable and dare we say it – even enjoyable. Come ready to learn, laugh and leave with a plan.
