We are full service real estate appraisers providing commercial, industrial, residential development, farm, and acreage appraisals throughout central Florida for the past 30+ years. The firm was established as Wheeler and Klusza Real Estate Appraisers in 1971, and was succeeded by Wheeler Appraisals real estate appraisers (and Klusza and Associates), in 1986. We operate as Wheeler Appraisals, LLC commercial, industrial, and land real estate appraisers, and Bill Wheeler Appraisals, LLC for single family residential real estate appraisals. (The firms have common origins but are separate entities). Principals have direct involvement in all real estate appraiser assignments; there is no use of sub-contractors or trainees. Offices are at 1720 South Florida Avenue in the Holllingsworth district of Lakeland, zip code 33803. We subscribe to multiple data sources including Argus, REIS, Earthplat (statewide coverage), CoStar (regional coverage), multiple MLS services (including most of Florida and three counties in western North Carolina), Loopnet (national coverage), Central Florida Commercial Real Estate, PWC Korpacz, Marshall Valuation Service (cost data) and DCD (cost data). Commercial real estate appraisal assignments are concentrated in Polk County (including Lakeland, Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Haines City, Bartow), central and east Hillsborough County (Plant City, Brandon, edges of Tampa), east Pasco County (Dade City, Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel), Hardee County (Wauchula), Highlands County (Sebring, Avon Park, Lake Placid), Lake County (Tavares, Eustis, Leesburg, Clermont), and Osceola County (Kissimmee and St. Cloud). The company goal is to provide in a timely manner a well-documented value analysis presented in a clear and concise report.
