Lawn Doctors mission is to cultivate strong relationships that improve the lives of our employees, our customers and our communities by providing high quality, environmentally responsible and innovative services that enhance the health and beauty of lawns and landscapes. Services we offer include fertilization and weed control, lawn insect control, soil treatments, tree & shrub care, outdoor pest control & more! Lawn Doctor and all of our employees aim to help educate our customers and the public about the effective and responsible use of plant care products through exceptional service delivery and safety practices. We also believe in the superior service and attention given to our customers by way of being small, family-owned and -most importantly- local. It’s important to us that every LD team member knows and understands the area we service. Lawn Doctor also believes strongly in having happy and healthy employees. You cannot take good care of your customers if you don’t take good care of your employees first. From top of the line equipment to help make their jobs easier, to mid-season parties to celebrate service milestones and acknowledge hard work, we do what it takes to cultivate and maintain a positive and dynamic work environment. We want everyone to be able to identify their own goals, which means giving each team member the opportunity for growth. We encourage everyone to speak their mind and voice their opinion. Lawn Doctor would do just about anything for our customers and our employees. That has been our mindset from the very beginning and we don’t plan on changing it any time soon.

We are proud to partner with First Tee to provide scholarships and professional development opportunities to deserving students pursuing careers in agronomy, plant science and other science-based professions.
