Whado is the online platform for activities and events. We connect people and activities, no matter where they are in the world. Whado is a controlled community driven platform. This means that our team, as well as the users and the providers of the activities can contribute to the content of the platform. In exchange for your additions, completing and keeping your activity or event up-to-date, we ensure that you are found well. This is how we ensure that all users benefit from our platform! Whado was born in 2021 from the own needs of founders Lars van den Bosch and Marcel van Nuil. Abroad, the two former college friends regularly noticed how difficult it can be to reliably find activities. The main cause turned out to be the lack of transparency of other commercial platforms. Whado is therefore not only clear, transparent and easy to use, but also free for all parties involved. With an enthusiastic team of seven passionate adventurers and developers, the founders work hard every day to make Whado a worldwide success. Marcel and Lars are also the owners of software development and parent company NewHeap. With their years of knowledge in the industry, they expand Whado daily with new features. The target? Making Whado as accessible and user-friendly as possible! The platform is now available worldwide in four languages.
