We are on a mission to create a world where women are empowered to reach their full potential in the tech industry. Since our launch in 2019, we have been committed to breaking down barriers and providing access to opportunities for women in our community. Our approach is simple yet effective - we focus on driving women into tech spaces through networks, programs, and community building. We believe that building a solid community of women in tech can create a supportive and inclusive environment that enables women to thrive. One of the ways we achieve this is through our flagship event, the largest women in tech conference in Nigeria. This event brings together some of the industry's most inspiring and successful women to share their experiences and insights with our community. We also provide mentorship, professional development resources, and access to hiring opportunities to support women in accelerating their career growth. But our commitment continues beyond there. We support female tech founders by providing them with resources and access to capital from our network of partners. We believe empowering female entrepreneurs can help drive innovation and create a more diverse and inclusive tech industry. At Wetech, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we are dedicated to creating a world where women have equal opportunities to succeed in tech.
