In 1925, three young graduates of the Case Western Reserve School of Law formed a partnership in Cleveland which managed to survive the stock market crash of 1929, the Depression of the 1930s and the dearth of business during the war years. They built a healthy general practice and a fine reputation for litigation. They laid the foundation for the firm's growth. Today, Weston Hurd LLP has nearly 45 lawyers with offices in Cleveland and Columbus. We represent corporate clients, business, nonprofit and governmental entities of all kinds, as well as individuals. We have also represented many casualty companies in the defense of every conceivable tort case. Our work involves litigation as well as the general practice of law in all its variations.
