Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council Information

The EAC was established to educate employers both large and small on the never ending issues we all must deal with to remain in compliance with Federal , State and local laws and regulations and other information to help Human Resource Managers, Managers, CEO's, owners, etc to oversee successful businesses. We partner with the EDD to increase cooperation and communication between the EDD and the private sector, and strive to continually communicate the many services available to employers by the EDD. How We Do This Present speakers at our monthly Luncheons and Half-Day Seminars that provide employers with up to date knowledge of ever changing employment laws, policies and Human Resources materials and data.Promote EDD activities for employers.Provide networking opportunities for employers to share ideas and solutions to concerns and problems facing California employers
