Rugby Australia was formed in 1949 to give the game a national governing body which represents all levels of Rugby in Australia and across all eight member union states and territories. The inaugural meeting of the Australian Rugby Football Union was held on November 25, 1949 with 11 delegates from New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and Victoria. It is a member of World Rugby and was established as a company in 1985.

Established in 1876, Saracens are London’s premier rugby club. Based in North London, we own London’s most beautiful & sustainable ‘boutique’ multi use venue. Saracens are one of Europe’s leading rugby clubs. On the sports field Saracens Men's team have won 11 major Rugby trophies. The Saracens Women’s Rugby Team have too enjoyed unrivalled success, winning the Women’s Premiership 14 times and the Women’s Cup 10 times between 1990 and 2021.
