Founded in 1901 Exeter City Football Club is based in Devon's capital and competes in EFL League One. The club has been owned by the Exeter City Supporters Trust since 2004 and The Grecians have grown and flourished under fan ownership. The club was relegated from the Football League in 2003 and following administration, the Supporters Trust took control and in 2022 the club was promoted to League One.
