Westen Investments, Inc., is a student housing corporation focused on providing fair and equitable housing options with the highest level of treatment for our tenants. As alumni of W.I.U., we understand the challenges college students face, and we work tirelessly to keep these challenges to a minimum by creating an environment of trust and communication. School can be very stressful, and we want to ensure our tenants have a great environment with the best amenities and provisions to make life a little bit easier. Our goal is to help you every step of the way, resolving any situation that may occur to the satisfaction of all parties. We try to make life easy for our college students by providing on-site maintenance and easy rent payment options - including online rent payments and in-person payments at the office located at 123 ½ E. Adams (behind Diggers College City Bowl), or via the bowling alley at the counter. We work hard to provide the best rental houses in Macomb, IL, and to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
