Westcoast Structural Information

Westcoast Structural is providing the concrete floors, sidewalks, dumpster enclosure and generator enclosure for the 38,000-square-foot building. Owen-Ames-Kimball is the general contractor. Adon Godon of Westcoast Structural is the project manager, Karen Papke is project administrator, and Francisco Jimenez and Robert Broomfield are serving as superintendents. Designed by Burt Hill/Pollock Krieg Architects, the building will feature a detox wing, nurses' stations, counseling office and several bedrooms. The concrete for the project is expected to be complete in August. Formed in 1998, Fort Myers-based Westcoast Structural Concrete & Masonry is a concrete and masonry subcontractor, specializing in commercial construction. The company, which has 80 employees, offers several methods of concrete and masonry construction including concrete block and tilt wall. The contractor offers turn-key construction services including layout, structural concrete forming through tie beam, flatwork placement and finishing. Westcoast Structural also performs some high-end residential concrete work.
