West Seattle Runner Information

We are a full-service store! Not only do we specialize in the proper fitting of running shoes, we carry an extensive selection of apparel, nutritional supplements, shoe inserts and injury prevention gear that is unparalleled in the industry. We will also coach and guide you to your individual fitness goals. Our knowledgeable staff of passionate runners will help you get your questions answered, whether you are just getting started or a high level competitive runner, we can accommodate your every need. With one RRCA Running Certified Coach on the team, a close collaboration with physical therapists and chiropractors and free injury clinics at least twice a month , we strive to ensure that once you become part of our community, we will keep helping you do the activities you enjoy without prolonged injury. We host three free group runs per week : a track workout on Tuesday at 6:30pm, Wednesday evening group run at 6:15pm and Saturday morning at 8:00am. We also offer a free half-marathon training program for novice runners twice annually. We are proud sponsors of the following local races: Seattle Marathon West Seattle 5k Run Scared 5k/10k Monster Dash 5k The Salty Half Orca Half Loop the Lupe 5k & Obstacle race Float Dodger 5k and St. Patty's Dash.
