West Oaks Mall recently embarked on an exciting new chapter that includes the redevelopment, re-merchandising and updating of the center’s appearance. Anchored by a beautiful new Edwards Theater 14-screen movie multiplex, the new pedestrian plaza (located at the west wing) will feature trendy restaurants with outdoor café seating. Fortis College has opened their West Oaks campus in a portion of the former JCPenney building, bringing 1,000 student visits per week to the center.
