Founded in 2024, WeSignIt is a Canadian Microsoft-native email signature governance and identity security company focused on enterprise-grade Outlook signature management, compliance, and secure digital identity infrastructure. Our platform enables organizations, MSPs, and enterprises to centrally manage Outlook signatures with a strong focus on security, auditability, branding consistency, and Microsoft 365 integration. Unlike traditional transport-rule based solutions, WeSignIt operates directly within the Microsoft ecosystem to provide deterministic signature rendering, governance controls, and identity-aware security enforcement. WeSignIt is currently developing multiple interconnected technologies including WeSignIt Signature, WeSignIt IDP, and WeSignIt EventCore — an advanced telemetry and behavioral analysis engine designed to evolve toward next-generation XDR and identity threat detection capabilities.
