WELS group of companies was founded in the year 1967. Its main activities are protection, overhauling as well as maintenance of buildings and architectural monuments by implementing modern, special building methods. The assignment includes the reinstatement of structural and civil engineering work, the rehabilitation of castles and churches, as well as sewage treatment plants, pipelines and tunnels. Constructions and structures made of concrete, bricks and natural stones are treated with the highest expertise and care. (Registered association for concrete reinstatement Berlin and Brandenburg) and played a leading role in the preparation of quality and testing definitions. Cooperating with "Wissenschaftlich-Technischen Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Bauwerkserhaltung und Denkmalpflege e. V." (WTA), and the DIN-standard committee for "shotcrete, DIN 18551" and other technical committees, WELS group took a significant part in providing clients and contractors with standards and corpus of legislation for the protection and reinstatement of buildings and architectural monuments.
