We specialise in strategic consultancy, speaking and training services for workplaces, government agencies and industry groups. Thrive Wellness provides confidential, professional, client-focused, evidence-based psychological, exercise and clinical nutrition services to individuals and families aimed at optimising mental health and wellbeing. We work with clients of all ages and provide services for a broad range of issues. Individual consultations and group therapy programs can be provided in-rooms or via telehealth (online video or phone).

Founded in 2010, Clinic Director, Dr Daniel Grynberg - Chiropractor has been breaking the Chiro stereotype by bringing a unique approach to hands on health. He has put together a team of like minded practitioners including Chiropractic, Osteopathic and Dietetics to ensure the best possible results for patients.
