RISE creates opportunities for all ages and abilities to enjoy and improve their sport. Our purpose is to positively impact communities through sport.

We offer the most diverse and progressive approaches to injury, pain, disability and health. Whether you’ve had a recent surgery, injury, suffering from pain or want to improve your health, fitness and performance, we offer both clinic and mobile services for a variety of people, ages and abilities. We are an NDIS provider and WorkersComp (SIRA) accredited. We bulk bill all our services and they can be done at either our Clinic in Emerton, your local hydrotherapy centre or via our mobile service to all Western Sydney suburbs.
