Wellbeing Exeter Information

Wellbeing Exeter is an alliance of organisations across Exeter & Cranbrook delivering a social prescribing programme across the city and beyond. WE is made up of Community Connectors, Community Builders and Community Physical Activity Organisers, who are employed by a number of organisations across Exeter, currently funded by Devon County Council, Exeter City Council and Sport England.
